Greek Residency by Investment
Greek Golden visa is a type of residency visa with added benefits. It ensures visa-free travel in the Schengen zone to non-European investors and their families.
Greece introduced law No 4251/2014 allowing citizens from non-European countries to acquire a European residence permit by investment, granting them free travelling within the 26 countries of the Schengen Zone.
Please note there is no requirement to stay in Greece for any restricted timeframe. The investor si free to stay anywhere on the planet and still have the Greek Golden Visa residency benefits.

Eligibility
Αll non-Europeans are eligible to apply for a Golden Visa, as long as the main applicant is over 18 years old and the total investment is no less than 250000 euros.
Golden Visa for Families
Children under 21 years of age, parents, spouse or partner with a co-habitation agreement (concluded in Greece) and in-laws of the main investor can benefit from the same investment of over 250000 euros and have a permanent European residence permit as well.
